Terms & Conditions
By booking a class, you agree that:
You will follow health and safety procedures.
You will not attend if you have been ill in the last 48 hours before your class with any disease eg. diarrhoea, vomiting and any other infections. This is to protect you and those consuming your food.
You may be refused admission if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. It is imperative that clients to be in full control of their faculties due to the nature of equipment being used.
You are responsible for informing MistryChef of any allergies prior to attending a class.
Your personal information - MistryChef will not share your personal details with any third parties.
Upon agreement, you may be photographed/filmed during your class. Only your HANDS will be shared on my social media sites. Any personal photos/videos will be sent to you via email/whatsapp.
Payment to be made via bank transfer.
All payments must be received in advance of class date.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, I will require 48 hours notice, it will then be rescheduled.
I run a small business and all ingredients are purchased fresh specifically for your class, therefore if less than 48 hours notice is given, and you are not able to reschedule, 50% of your fee will be refunded.
MistryChef is insured for clients only - minors to be dropped off & collected. MistryChef is enhanced DBS checked.
Property & Person - MistryChef shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to clients or their property.
